These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Wombat Strategies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in a location determined by the Company. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
